1. subject matter of data protection

Data protection serves to protect personal rights. It obliges data processors to act lawfully and gives data subjects enforceable rights with regard to the processing of their personal data. According to Section 3 of the Swiss Information and Data Protection Act, personal data is all information relating to an identified or identifiable person. This includes, for example, information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail or IP address.

2. data collection, processing and storage

With every request resp. When a website is accessed, the following access data is collected and stored in a web server log file:

This data is processed for the following purposes:

– Ensuring the network infrastructure and technical administration
– Optimization of the use of certain web offers
– Identification and tracking of unauthorized access attempts.
The web server log files are stored for a period of 6 months from the end of access. The web server log files are then automatically deleted, unless a recognized attack on our network infrastructure leads to civil or criminal prosecution of the attacker and thus makes further storage necessary.

3. consent to further use of data

The use of certain offers on the websites (e.g. newsletters, contact forms, web applications) may require further collection, processing and longer-term storage of personal data such as name, address or e-mail address. By entering and sending this data, you consent to its processing.

4. disclosure of personal data

Personal data will only be disclosed to third parties (e.g. to other authorities) if this is required by mandatory legal provisions (e.g. official requests, court orders) or for the purpose of legal or criminal prosecution (e.g. in the event of attacks on the cloud). Disclosure to third parties for other purposes does not take place.
Nevertheless, aggity midmarket AG may instruct the service providers to further process the data collected via the websites for the above-mentioned purposes. aggity midmarket AG and the commissioned third-party service providers are obliged to ensure compliance with data protection regulations by means of legal, technical and organizational measures.

5. tracking settings

In order to better adapt the content structures and navigation mechanisms of the websites to the needs of the users, the page views and the elements clicked on within the pages are logged and analyzed. The cloud uses so-called “cookies” (for the use and prevention of the use of such cookies, see point 6 below). The usage information generated by the cookies, including your shortened IP address, is not forwarded to third parties, but stored on servers in the cloud for the purpose of usage analysis and website optimization. The IP addresses are anonymized during this process. It is therefore not possible to assign the evaluation results to a specific IP address or to carry out personal behavior monitoring.

6. cookies

So-called temporary cookies may be used when accessing individual websites. These are small files that are stored on your computer by the website you are visiting for the purpose of enabling optimal use of the web pages. These temporary cookies are automatically deleted when the web browser is closed. You can generally prevent the use of such cookies by making the appropriate settings in the web browser you are using. However, we would like to point out that rejecting, blocking or deactivating cookies can lead to restrictions in the function of the websites accessed.

7. cross-references (links) to websites of other providers
This privacy policy applies only to the websites of aggity midmarket AG. Insofar as links provide access to content from other providers, we would ask you to observe their data protection declarations. The aggity midmarket  AG is not responsible for the content or data protection practices of these other providers. In particular, aggity midmarket AG cannot guarantee that the content of other providers is free of malware.

8. use of social media plugins

The websites of aggity midmarket AG do not use any additional programs in the form of so-called “social media plugins”, which transmit IP addresses directly to the providers of social networks. The control elements of the graphical user interfaces (so-called “buttons”) visible on the websites are exclusively links to the corresponding providers of social networks.

9. use of external search services

Within the aggity midmarket AG website, “Google” as well as “Bing” and “Microsoft Cloud Search” are used as central search services. The integrated search service enables a full-text search for content from the official website. This search function can be accessed via a search box integrated in the header of the individual web pages. By using the full-text search and calling up the search results page, you consent to the use of the Google search service and thus also to the disclosure of data to the Google service. Please note that Google’s data protection practices differ from those of aggity midmarket AG.

aggity midmarket AG uses technical and organizational security measures to ensure that the data it collects and processes via the websites is secure,
– remain confidential and are protected from accidental or unlawful access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction; and
– access to the data is granted exclusively on a need-to-know basis to those persons who need to access the personal data due to their function and task.
The measures to be taken depend on the type of information, the type and purpose of use and the current state of the art.

11th validity

aggity midmarket AG reserves the right to amend the privacy policy at any time with effect for the future, should the implementation of new technologies or the legal situation make such an adjustment necessary. We therefore recommend that you check the privacy policy regularly.
Insofar as the websites of individual organizational units of aggity midmarket AG deviate from this declaration, a reference is made in the imprint on the website of the organizational unit.
